Constitutional Review

Paste a bill or home rule petition. You get back a memo that leads with what the bill needs to be enacted validly, then tiers the substantive risks and offers language that lowers them.

The bill is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to run the review. It is not stored on this site, and Anthropic does not train on API data. A review usually takes two to four minutes.

What it covers

Twelve modules, read only when the bill calls for them.

Home rule (art. 89), Article 97 land, Article 30 separation of powers, money-bill origination, anti-aid and establishment, Articles 48 and 63, Article 10 retroactivity and takings, Articles 12 and 14 criminal process and searches, free speech (arts. 16 and 19), equal protection (arts. 1 and 106), and Article 17 arms.

The review scans the bill for the words that trigger each module and reads only those. Form defects come first: a missing roll call or a special law without a petition voids a bill however sound its policy, and both are cheap to fix before enactment.

Educational. The memo is a starting point for a lawyer's judgment, not a substitute for it, and not legal advice.
