What to expect

• Drafting and review. Tell me the stage — pre-filing, in committee, before a floor vote — and what has changed since anyone last read it cold.
• Statutory analysis. Send the text and the question. You will get a verdict first and the reasoning behind it, with the canons and cases named.
• Tool access. Say who you are and what you draft. I add members by hand, usually the same day.
